AWCNJ member Teresa Mendoza, Managing Partner, Client Services for Mendoza Media LLC, received three awards for videos produced for MassMutual and Colgate-Palmolive Company. Both of these videos were leveraged in their clients’ initiatives in Content Marketing and Social Responsibility.
Content Marketing and Social Responsibility – MassMutual
“Kelly’s Story” shares the touching true story about how disability insurance can bring peace of mind when a family faces the long-term prospects of an unexpected medical condition. It received the:
- Gold Stevie Award – American Business Awards in the “Sales: Other” category
- Silver Communicator Award for “Online Video: Branded Content: Business to Consumer” category
MassMutual is leveraging the video in multiple communications:
- Content Marketing within their website
- Social Media on YouTube and Facebook
- Social Responsibility to raise awareness and money for Easter Seals
You can also share “Kelly’s Story” on YouTube and MassMutual will donate $5 to Easter Seals.
Social Responsibility – Colgate-Palmolive
The video “GallopNYC” tells the compelling story of a Colgate-Palmolive employee’s volunteer work with GallopNYC. It received the Silver Communicator Award for the “Film/Video: Social Responsibility” category.
Originally created for an internal Colgate-Palmolive employee meeting, the video’s success continues — it’s on GallopNYC’s Donation Page to motivate donors by showing the organization’s positive impact on individuals with disabilities who benefit from Therapeutic Horsemanship and Hippotherapy (physical therapy that takes place on a horse).
